Common questions

Do I need insurance?

No. These panels are self-pay only and are not billed to insurance. You pay one flat price online and there is no bill afterward.

Do I need a doctor’s order or a referral?

No. The order is issued by our provider when you buy the panel, so you can go straight to the lab.

Do I need to fast?

Some tests, such as lipids and fasting insulin, work best after 8–12 hours without food. Water is fine. We tell you what your panel needs when you order.

Can I share the results with my own doctor?

Yes. The results are yours, and we send them to you as a PDF you can share with any provider.
